My Hatha Flow class combines mindful movement, breathwork, gentle transitions, and guided relaxations to create a balanced practice for all levels. Whether you’re looking to increase flexibility, build strength, or find inner calm, this class offers a supportive space to deepen your practice at your own pace.

With over 20 years of teaching experience and advanced training in various yoga disciplines—including Hatha, Vinyasa, functional, chair, fertility, and menopause yoga—I create an inclusive and welcoming environment for everyone.
