Yoga can be more physical or less, depending on the needs of your workforce. The class can be done on chairs or mats.
With over 20 years of experience teaching yoga to a wide range of people from all ages, body types, and levels of ability, as well as lots of specialised trainings like fertility yoga, pregnancy yoga, menopause support, and chair yoga, you can rest assured your workforce will be in safe hands with me.
