Private Yoga

Available for private one-to-one classes. These sessions can be conducted in your home or via Zoom. A private yoga session can be tailored to your exact needs, and you can receive a level of care and attention that is often impossible to achieve in group classes.


Private sessions are available for Hatha Yoga, Pregnancy Yoga, Fertility Support Yoga, Menopause Support, or Kids Yoga.

    • A complete beginner

    • Someone rehabilitating from an injury

    • Someone with a specific health condition

    • Someone looking for guidance in a specific area

    • Someone looking to develop a home practice or take it to the next level

    • Comfortable workout style clothing ( a simple, comfortable t-shirt will do)

    • We practise barefoot, but socks can be nice for final relaxation


    • A Yoga mat

    • A bottle of water (it is better to hydrate before and after class rather than during)
